2022 Visit to Melbourne

In the summer of 2022, Venerable Karandulena Dhammagaveshi Thero made a brief yet impactful visit to Melbourne. Despite the visit not being extensively planned, it provided a valuable opportunity for individuals practicing mindfulness within the Theravada Buddhist tradition to connect with Thero and benefit from his teachings.

Several group discussions took place at the Kassapa Arana Meditation Association's Centre, situated at 7/66 Hallam Road, Hampton Park, Victoria 3976. These sessions served as spaces for meaningful dialogue and guidance, enriching the spiritual journeys of those in attendance.

Additionally, smaller group sessions were held in Glen Waverley and Carlton in the city, allowing for more intimate and personalized interactions with Venerable Thero. These sessions provided attendees with the chance to delve deeper into their mindfulness practice and receive tailored guidance.
